Your words resonate. My mother passed away a month ago, but she left me as a mother many, many years ago. I have have come to terms with that, I have even forgiven her, because she could not help herself. She could not help anybody. But it still leaves a hole, because there is a child inside of me — and you — that needs care and never got it. So please, please, take good care of yourself!
