She gains speed again. She is moving forward. Yes, the collision did take the back wheel on the bike but she saw that coming so she was prepared. She slowed down, had an eye on each finger, was braced for the impact. As always, she was prepared. While it was painful she is now better. She is in fact fine. On the road again. Good as new. At least better than old. Ready for traffic. Ready for intersections. Ready for that intersection. Ready. There is nothing to be afraid of. It is so unlikely to happen again. Until it does.
