A sheep was shampooing her wool on a Monday night when the doorbell rang. She got a tickle in her tummy, threw on a bathrobe, and rushed to open the door. Whoever was there had already left but on the doormat stood a big vase of long-stemmed red roses. They made the sheep smile. She loved red roses. She carried them inside and put them on the dining room table and went to finish her wool dressing. The whole next week she felt loved every time she saw the bouquet. I have to remember to do that again, she thought.
